INTENDED USE:	The quantitative determination of AFP, CEA and PSA in human serum by a Microplate Chemiliuminescense Immunoassay (CLIA).
PRODUCT OVERVIEW:	Measurements of AFP, CEA & PSA are generally regarded as invaluable in-vitro diagnostic tests for assessing various cancers. VAST Cancer kit enables the user to perform 3 different analytes from a single kit. VAST based assays are built on Streptavidin-Biotin based advanced assay format. Streptavidin-biotin assay offers multiple advantages. VAST kit uses combination calibrators to deliver dramatic flexibility and cost efficiency to clinical laboratories. Development of VAST based immunoassays for multiple parameters has re-defined immunoassays and made quantitative estimation possible for many analytes.
