PRODUCT NAME: | ANA Combi |
INTENDED USE: | ANA Combi assay is an ELISA test system for the qualitative measurement of ANA autoantibodies directed against nine different components of the cell nucleus or cytoplasm in human serum or plasma. |
PRODUCT OVERVIEW: | Antinuclear antibodies (ANA) are typically found in patients with systemic autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Sjögren’s syndrome, Sharp syndrome (mixed connective tissue disease), polymyositis/dermatomyositis, and progressive systemic scleroderma (PSS) with CREST syndrome. Some ANA are thus diagnostic markers for these individual connective tissue diseases. The isolated detection of individual autoantibodies with the ANAcombi test allows for the serological differentiation of these diseases. Each well of the twelve test strips is vertically coated with the relevant antigens (human recombinant or native affinity purified). |
